Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom on all orders. All orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment centre in China.

Orders placed before 22:00 GMT are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping takes approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time is approximately 6–10 business days, including processing.

All shipments include tracking and are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no additional customs charges or import fees upon delivery.

Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
