Refund policy

At Belgraviagrace.uk, we are committed to your complete satisfaction as a customer. We have created this returns policy to allow you to shop with peace of mind, knowing that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Our returns policy allows for a generous 30-day period. This means that from the moment you receive the item, you have 30 days to request a return.

In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn and unused, with all original tags and in the original packaging. It is also essential that you provide proof of purchase or receipt.

To initiate a return, simply contact us by email at support@belgraviagrace.uk. We will provide you with the correct address for the return shipment. It is mandatory to fill out the return form correctly in order to process the return. For more information, see point 10.

Once the return has been accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the items to the address provided. We do not accept items shipped without a pre-approved return request.

*Notes:

If the return is caused by the consumer, the latter will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific amount of the costs will depend on the express courier chosen.
If, for reasons attributable to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer will not be required to pay the shipping costs.

2. DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS

It is important to check the condition of the items immediately upon delivery. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong product by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will assess the problem and offer you the quickest possible solution.

3. PRODUCT EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with a Fashion for Woman product, please let us know: we offer you the opportunity to choose another item of the same value.

The exchange also applies to defective products or those with functional problems. We will provide you with a suitable solution immediately.

Write to us at support@belgraviagrace.uk indicating the product you wish to exchange and we will take care of the shipment.

4. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Regardless of the above policy, if the products are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receipt, for any reason and without having to give a reason. As already specified, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn and unused, with all original tags and in the original packaging. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase.

5. REFUNDS

Once we have received and checked your return, we will immediately inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically credited to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the credit on your account.

6. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Personalised or custom-made products, including those on which you have indicated a name or other personal details, cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defect, damage or incorrect delivery. This is because these items have been tailored specifically for you and cannot be resold. We recommend that you carefully check all personalisation details before confirming your order.

7. POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be returned, but they can be exchanged.

If you wish to exchange a sale item (e.g. for a different size or colour), this is possible. We will cover the costs of the exchange.

As this is an exchange and not a return, we will not refund the returned item, but will send you the new product. You can then keep the replacement item.

8. SPECIAL PROMOTIONS – ‘BUY 2, GET 1 FREE’ / ‘BUY 4, GET 2 FREE’

If you have taken advantage of these promotions but wish to return some items, no problem!

You can exchange any item in your order for another product on https://belgraviagrace.uk of the same or lower value.

We will send you the new item(s) free of charge.

9. LIFETIME COLOUR GUARANTEE

At Belgraviagrace.uk, we fully guarantee the quality of our women's fashion items. That's why we offer a lifetime colour guarantee on all our products. This means that your item will retain its colour – forever.

However, if discolouration does occur, you are entitled to a single free replacement of the same item. Simply contact us by sending a photo of the discoloured product.

Please note: this guarantee is valid only once per item. After the first replacement, the right to further replacements for the same product expires.

For guarantee requests, please write to support@belgraviagrace.uk with the subject line “Colour Guarantee” and attach proof of discolouration.

10. RETURN PROCEDURE

Send an email to support@belgraviagrace.uk with the subject line ‘Return’ and describe the reason for the return or exchange.

Wait for approval. Once approved, we will send you the necessary instructions.
Send the item in its original packaging, including the completed return form.
Upon receipt, we will process the return and handle the refund or exchange.
